Sidekick Return Policy

Effective Date: January 2, 2026

1. Return Window

Subject to the terms of this Return Policy, Dephy accepts returns for all Sidekick products (each, a “Product”) from the original purchaser if received within 30 days after the date of original Product shipment.

2. Return Condition

To be eligible for a return of the Product:

• Hardware components must be in like-new condition
• Soft goods (including but not limited to, shinpads, straps, and shoes) must be in like-new condition
• All Products must be returned to Dephy in their original packaging

Dephy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a return if the Product does not meet the criteria outlined in this Return Policy.

3. Shipping Costs 

You are responsible for any return shipping costs

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Dephy’s Customer Experience Team at support@dephy.com.
2. Provide your order number, purchase date, and Product description in the initial email.
3. Follow instructions provided to return the Product in its original packaging and in like-new or new condition.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by Dephy, Dephy will issue a refund for the Product price and applicable sales tax, excluding shipping fees, to your original payment method via Shopify Payments.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If purchased with Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds, the purchaser is responsible for any tax or accounting corrections.
