Sidekick Return Policy

Effective Date: January 14, 2026

1. Return Policy Summary

If you need to return your product, we’ve got you covered. Returns for a full refund are accepted within 30 days of shipment. If you have tried out the Sidekick and it is not for you just send back your entire system, even if you have used it. We ask that items be sent back in their original packaging. Once your return is received, Dephy will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please refer to our Return Policy below for additional information.

2. Return Window

Subject to the terms of this Return Policy, Dephy accepts returns for all Sidekick products (each, a “Product”) from the original purchaser for a full refund if received within 30 days after the date of original Product shipment.

3. Return Condition

To be eligible for a return of the Product:

• Hardware components must be in like-new condition including,
  • Left and Right Dephy Sidekick, including shlevers, calf straps, and shin pads
  • Pair of Dephy Shoes
  • Two Dephy Batteries
  • Dephy Charger
  • Dephy Carrying Case
• Sidekick, batteries, and charger returned must match the serial number purchased
• To reduce waste, we request that all Products to be returned to Dephy are sent in their original packaging

Dephy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a return if the Product does not meet the criteria outlined in this Return Policy.

4. Shipping Costs 

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Dephy’s Customer Experience Team at support@dephy.com.
2. Provide your order number, purchase date, and Product description in the initial email.
3. Follow instructions provided to return the Product.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by Dephy, Dephy will issue a refund for the Product price and applicable sales tax, excluding shipping fees, to your original payment method via Shopify Payments.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If purchased with Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds, the purchaser is responsible for any tax or accounting corrections.
